These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VPN Cat website (the “Site”) and the VPN Cat VPN and related service (the “Services”), which are owned and operated by VPN Cat (“VPN Cat,” “we” or “us”). Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is subject to the provisions of these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before you access the Site or Services, as these Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and VPN Cat.

You understand that we are providing you with a virtual private network (“VPN”) service, which includes, but is not limited to, the use of servers, transport, routers, IP addresses, and other equipment and protocols to transmit information over our network (the “System”). You agree to abide by these Terms with respect to your use of the Service.
You may not access or use the Site or Services if you are unable to form a binding, legal agreement with VPN Cat. You affirm that you are over the age of 18. You assume all responsibility for your use of, or access to, the Site or Services.
4.1. Accuracy. By registering for our Services, you represent and warrant that all information you submit to us is true, accurate, current, and complete and that you will promptly notify us if your information changes.
4.2. Privacy. You may browse the Site without providing us with any personal information; however, to use our Services, you must register with us and submit certain personally identifiable information. You expressly agree that we may use your information in accordance with the terms of the VPN Cat Privacy Policy.
VPN Cat grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use VPN Cat Site content and the Services, solely for your personal, private, and non-commercial use in connection with the VPN Cat Services accessed by you.
Your use of the Software provided by VPN Cat is subject to these Terms and the license granted to you. You understand that certain updates and modifications may be required in order to continue using VPN Cat Software and Services.
VPN Cat enforces a zero-tolerance SPAM policy regarding information transmitted through our network. VPN Cat may determine in its sole discretion whether any transmissions are considered SPAM. SPAM includes, but is not limited to:
VPN Cat may, with prior notice, change the fees it charges you for accessing the Services at any time. All prices are quoted for an unmetered number of devices. You agree that all fees charged by VPN Cat for accessing the Services will be automatically charged to your payment account on file with VPN Cat, at the time of any automatic renewal of your subscription for Services.
VPN Cat offers subscription-based services with automatic renewals, which will be charged through your Apple ID account. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to allow VPN Cat to charge your account at the time of purchase and at the beginning of each subscription period thereafter.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Any cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
If you have any issues or questions about your subscriptions or purchases, please contact us through customer support.
If you are less than 100% satisfied with the VPN service, we will gladly refund your payment if the refund is requested within the number of days listed on your signup offer (“Money Back Period”) after purchase. Requests made later than the Money Back Period will not be honored. Please note that for In-App Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Apple's refund policies may apply, and we encourage you to contact Apple support directly for refund requests.
Subject to clause 19, VPN Cat is not liable for the loss, corruption, alteration, or removal of any content transmitted using our Services or on our System. By using our Services, you expressly waive the right to seek damages.
We do not control, and we are not responsible for, any data, content, services, or products that you access, download, receive, or buy while using the Services.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services.
VPN Cat may deny or restrict your access to all or part of the System without notice in its reasonable discretion if it deems that you have engaged in any conduct or activities that violate these Terms.
You are responsible for protecting your password and other personal information. VPN Cat shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of payment accounts.
By using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or otherwise over the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
Actual service coverage, speeds, locations, and quality may vary. VPN Cat will attempt to provide the Services at all times, except for limited periods for maintenance and repair. However, the Services may be subject to unavailability for a variety of factors beyond our control including emergencies, third-party service failures, transmission, equipment, or network problems or limitations.
VPN Cat is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold VPN Cat harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Services.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VPN Cat regarding the use of the Site and Services.
